If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of the order date, contact us at eternalcompanion@outlook.com where we will guide you through the necessary steps for you to return & refund your order. Any returns after 30 days wont be accepted unless there is a technical malfunction or you are under warranty.
