Coverage

Our lifetime warranty covers any technical malfunctions or accidental damage you may experience with your Eternal Companion Memory Frames. This includes but is not limited to:

• Technical malfunctions affecting the functionality and use of the frame.

• Accidental damage resulting from mishandling or unforeseen incidents.

Terms and Conditions

• The lifetime warranty is valid only for Eternal Companion Memory Frames purchased directly from our official website.

• The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

• To make a warranty claim, please contact us at ... and provide proof of purchase, including your order number and purchase date.

• Eternal Companion reserves the right to repair or replace the product at our discretion, depending on the nature and extent of the damage.

• Any repairs or replacements made under the lifetime warranty will not affect the original duration of the warranty period.

• The lifetime warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, modification, or unauthorized repairs.

• Eternal Companion is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Fee

To activate the lifetime warranty, a one-time fee of £10 is required at the time of purchase. This fee helps us cover the cost of servicing and maintaining the warranty program.

To add the warranty to your order, you may scroll down to the bottom of this page and add our Eternal Companion Lifetime Warranty to cart, alternatively when you add our Memory Frame to cart you will receive a simple pop up where you can add our warranty to cart.

The Lifetime Warranty can only be purchased with an Eternal Companion Memory Frame or within the time from the order to the delivery of your parcel, we will not accept any Warranty claims where the Warranty has been purchased after the delivery of your frame.
