Conditions for Return

• Items that have been damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.
• Returns must be shipped back to us in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item due to delivery, please report it immediately with photo evidence upon receipt. We will gladly replace the damaged item or provide a refund. However, failure to report damage within a reasonable timeframe may result in the inability to process your claim.
