Eternal Companion Frame How to Use Instructions

Follow the steps below to add your photos and videos to your Eternal Companion Frame.

1

Connect Your Frame

Connect your Eternal Companion Frame to your computer or laptop using the USB cable provided.

2

Locate the USB Drive

Locate the USB drive on your computer. The directions may vary depending on your device.

If a folder does not automatically appear on your screen, search for MSR (E).

Do not delete this folder.

3

Transfer Your Files

Transfer your photos and videos into the folder and wait for the transfer to complete.

Ensure that every file is correctly formatted so the frame can display it. Refer to the formatting guide below for assistance.

4

Disconnect and Enjoy

Safely disconnect the USB cable from your computer and frame. Turn on the frame and enjoy your personalised display.

You can update your photos and videos whenever you like by repeating these steps.

Quick Note

The frame will play all files in the order they were added. After each file has played, the frame may pause before playing the next file.

To avoid this, create one video containing all your desired clips, with photos inserted between them using an editing app such as CapCut. You can then add the completed video to the frame folder.

How to Format Your Files

Supported Formats

  • Video: MP4, AVI or MKV
