Eternal Companion Frame How to Use Instructions

Step 1: Connect your Eternal Companion Frame to your computer/laptop through the USB cable provided.

Step 2: Locate the USB drive on your computer (directions may vary). If a folder doesnt pop up on your screen, search 'MSR (E)'. Do NOT delete this folder

Step 3: Transfer your photos and videos into the folder and wait for the transfer to complete. Ensure that all files are correctly formatted for the frame to display them. Refer to the formatting guide below for assistance.

Quick Note: The frame will play all files in order of which you put them, after each file has played the frame will pause and then play the next file. To avoid this, create a single video containing all desired clips, with photos inserted in between (e.g. on capcut) and add into the folder.

Step 4: Safely disconnect the USB from the computer and frame, turn on the frame, and enjoy your personalized display.

You can update your photos and videos whenever you like by repeating the above steps.

• Video: MP4, AVI, or MKV
• Photo: JPG, PNG, or BMP

Ensure all files are in a 9:16 ratio. The 9:16 ratio Eternal Companion Frame supports is 540 width x 960 height.
